Holistic training for leaders

The SILENTHUNTER program is designed for people who want more than just an ordinary workout. It’s based on the fundamental principle of Kalokagathia, the ideal of inner and outer excellence. The goal is to strengthen body, mind, and character equally.

Inspired by Greek philosophy and combined with modern training knowledge, a unique concept has been created for ambitious leaders. It supports people in positions of responsibility in taking their physical and mental performance to a new level. Strengthening your body simultaneously trains your mind and sharpens your character.

The program: Aims for holistic performance improvement through the three central pillars of endurance, mental strength, and personal development.
Duration: Modular structure extending over several weeks or months.

Level: Ambitious leaders with basic fitness.

Pillar 1: Body – Strength through movement.

Goal: To improve posture, increase running economy, and create the foundation for peak performance.
Focus: Endurance, strength, flexibility.

  • At least 4 running sessions per week including basic endurance, interval or tempo sessions (VO₂max / threshold), long runs, technique and running ABCs
  • ⁠2 strength and stability sessions per week including core, mobility, single-leg exercises and explosive power

Pillar 2: Mind – The hunter’s mind.

Goal: Sharpen focus, develop mental strength, and train calmness under pressure.
Focus: Mindfulness, concentration, inner strength.

  • ⁠Mental sessions with breathing exercises, visualization and affirmations.
  • Mental cue during runs, for example: Strong. Calm. Hunt.
  • Digital detox runs without a watch, music, or social media.

Pillar 3: Charakter – Run with purpose.

Goal: Strengthen values, discipline, and inner balance.
Focus: Personal growth, reflection, resilience.

  • ⁠Weekly Reflection: What went well, where were you strong, where can you grow?
  • ⁠Silent Run Similar to a digital detox run. No music, no focus on pace, just presence and mental strength.
  • ⁠Community Element optional. Promotes commitment and leadership thinking.

This program was developed to help people in leadership roles take their physical and mental performance to a new level.
