About me
After completing my education, my professional path quickly led me into leadership roles, in which I have built many years of solid and well-founded expertise. In my position at executive management level, I have gained extensive practical experience and particularly value close, trusting collaboration within teams.
Alongside my professional career, I have been deeply passionate about endurance sports for many years, especially running. A day without my running shoes almost feels like a lost day to me. Because running is truly close to my heart and I enjoy sharing this passion with others, I have pursued further education in this field, including training with Swiss Athletics.
The combination of my professional passion for leadership and my personal passion for running is deeply fulfilling to me. I am constantly looking for meaningful ways to connect these two worlds. I take great pleasure in facing both professional and athletic challenges and in bringing experiences from both areas together. From my own experience, I know what it feels like to perform under pressure – and how much running helps to develop focus, balance, and mental strength.
It is precisely from this core idea that SILENTHUNTER RUNNING COACH FOR LEADERS was created. I am not a former professional athlete explaining leadership or challenges to executives. I am an entrepreneur and manager who primarily supports leaders at C-level in transferring their management experience into sport, thereby gaining new perspectives on leadership, decision-making, and mental strength. In doing so, I consciously take the opposite approach to that chosen by many other coaches.
In addition, I find great joy in participating as a pacemaker at various running events, including the OCHSNER SPORT ZÜRICH MARATHON, the Sempacherseelauf, the SwissCityMarathon Luzern, and many other races. Supporting fellow sports enthusiasts not only as a coach but also in active competition, and accompanying them on their journey toward their goals, gives me deep personal fulfillment. This close connection to sport and to people is a central part of my work and an experience I hope to be able to pass on for many years to come.
